Celtic Quest Coasteering
Celtic Quest Coasteering dream of introducing Coasteering to everyone over the age of 7 years. Allowing every day people, who are not necessarily extreme enthusiasts to access the coast and take part in an adrenaline activity at their own level and speed.
Every individual has their own perception of 'extreme'. Our guides take participants to the edge of their perception, be that a 2ft jump into a calm glassy sea or a 45ft jump into a boiling turmoil of waves.
Often described as extreme rock-pooling, Coasteering involves exploring a stretch of coastline by rock hopping, adventure swimming, scramble climbing, cliff jumping and more. All aspects of the adventure are optional, so if you don't fancy the big jumps or rougher water features, simply float or traverse around them.
Every adventure is tailor made to the expectations and abilities of the group. We supply all adventure equipment including toasty warm wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids, we also throw in socks hoods and gloves!
All Coasteering adventures are run at Abereiddy Bay, home of the Blue Lagooon - an old slate quarry used by Red Bull Cliff Diving for their 2012 & 2013 World Series. We'll head out along the North side of the bay finishing up with the big jumps in the Blue Lagoon.
We're normally in the water for 2-3 hours, add to that changing and a safety breifing and its a good half day activity. An ideal family day out, our clients include families, children, couples, groups of adults, stag and hen parties, corporate groups as well as a myriad of youth groups and schools.
Come and explore the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline from a different prespective while Coasteering!
